Any discrepancy with your order must be reported to Podium Look within 48 hours of receipt. All damages caused during shipping must be reported to Podium Look immediately. Please keep the original box and all packing material for inspection by the shipping carrier.
Podium Look accepts the return of all unused merchandise in its original manufacturer packaging, with tags attached, up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise must be in new and unused condition. Items that have been washed are not considered new and unused. The original invoice must accompany any return.
Podium Look will only reimburse return shipping on defective or damaged items. You will be reimbursed for FedEx ground or UPS ground service only. Any packing fees charged by mailing service will not be refunded.
Podium Look stands behind all manufacturers’ warranties. The item must be warranty inspected by Podium Look and/or the manufacturer before an item is deemed warrantable.
If covered under warranty the product may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion. The original receipt must accompany the warranty request.
